FAQ : Returns / Cancelled Orders



Product returns policy
(a) You may withdraw from this agreement at any time up to 7 days after we have delivered the goods to you. If we have delivered the goods, you must not have used them and must have kept them in the condition they were delivered. You must return them to us or request us to collect them, in either case, at your cost. The goods must be returned to us in perfect condition, with the original undamaged packaging. If any damages occur during transit the customer is responsible in full and a refund will not be given. The total amount to be refunded will be the price paid less any delivery charges. If you wish to return the goods more than 7 days after we have delivered the goods to you, you must not have used them and must have kept them in the condition they were delivered. You must return them to us or request us to collect them, in either case, at your cost. There will be an additional administration charge of 20% of the purchase price of the goods returned. (b) Requests for an exchange of goods resulting from an error by the customer will be accepted with an administration charge of £25. In such circumstances, we will not charge for re-delivery. Conditions (a) and (b) under clause 4 do not include natural stone products and bespoke products. This includes, tiles, worktops, enclosures, fireplaces, accessories and all goods deemed apporpriate. We will reimburse any amounts you have paid to us within 7 days of return of the goods, having deducted any return costs and administration fees if applicable.

How long does it take for you to refund my card?
You will receive a refund confirmation email once the reques thas been approved, this is usually within 14 days. The refund will be given in the accepted payment method, if this has been via Google Checkout they will inform you of when the funds are available in your account.

I would like to cancel my order
All cancellation requests must be given before 4pm on the same day the order is placed. Please note that due to costs involved all cancellations will incur a 3% cancellation fee. Also note that in most cases automated payments are taken almost immediately, we therefore request all orders are thoroughly checked before confirming to checkout, if you need to add to the order after confirmation please note that due to restrictions with Google Checkout we can not add to the same order, if additions are required you will need to re-order.
