FAQ : Customer Accounts System
How do I change my delivery details? |
| Please contact us immediately with your order number. Once the order is dispatched we can not change details. We request all customers double check the delivery details are correct when the order confirmation is recieved. |
How will my information be used? |
| We do not sell or pass on any customer information. We will not call you for marketing purposes. We are registered with the information commissioner and all information will eventually be removed as per the requirements of the data protection act. |
How do I delete / cancel my account? |
| We are unable to delete accounts as records have to be kept for accounting purposes.
You can however cancel your Google Checkout account at any time within the Google admin panel.
You can select 'No' if you do wish to receive marketing emails from us. |
How do I change my password? |
| Your password has to be changed using the Google Checkout admin panel. |
